Electronic Arts is hiring a Director of Creative AI Solutions to lead a global team designing and deploying generative-AI tools and pipelines for content creation across EA's brands — building creative agents, LLM/vision integrations, and multi-agent systems with guardrails.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
Manage global technical creative artists, engineers, and architects with a culture of rapid prototyping
Design generative-AI-native solutions for image and video with personalization at scale
Build AI pipelines, assistants, and tools supporting ideation, generation, and content optimization
Implement guardrails addressing IP, privacy, security, safety, and bias
Create reference architectures and SDKs for creative agents and LLM/vision integrations
Collaborate across creative, production, marketing, and engineering; lead experimentation cycles
Evangelize AI capabilities and upskill the organization through workshops and coaching Unique
What you'll needExperience
3+ years applying generative AI to content creation Unique
4+ years tuning visual AI models (data processing, labeling, evaluation, deployment)
3+ years building multi-agent systems with frameworks like LangChain Common
Expertise in prompt engineering, agents, RAG, embeddings, guardrails
