Job description
Bridgeway seeks a senior clinical leader to design and launch a new walk-in crisis facility in Galesburg, IL, from licensure through staffing and operations. You will oversee Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, and Prevention programs and ensure regulatory compliance within the CCBHC framework.
Ideal candidates hold an Illinois clinical license and 3–5 years of progressive management experience in behavioral health, with driver’s license and reliable transportation.
