Job description
Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks a Director of CRM – Style Brands to lead end-to-end CRM planning and deployment across Zales, Zales Outlet and Banter. You will translate marketing priorities into efficient CRM communications and measure success.
Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will optimize emails and SMS, collaborate with CDP and Ecom teams, and use data to sharpen segmentation and campaigns. A 10+ year marketing background is required.
