Job description
Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Director, Customer Experience & Logistics to lead Customer Service, Customer Logistics and Distribution Planning. You will build scalable processes to support growth, improve the customer experience, and strengthen the supply chain.
Deep experience in customer-facing logistics and 3PL management is required. The role focuses on achieving OTIF performance, ERP-driven workflows, and continuous improvement across a high-growth environment.
