Job description
University of North Texas System in Dallas is seeking a Director to design and oversee the Dallas Promise Scholars program, supervising five Student Success Coaches and driving student persistence, engagement, and degree completion.
The role uses data to shape improvements, partners with academic and student affairs, and reports to the Executive Director of the Center for Socioeconomic Mobility through Education. Friday on-site work is expected.
