University of North Texas - Dallas seeks a Director for the Dallas Promise Scholars program to design and oversee a comprehensive student success initiative. You will supervise five full-time Student Success Coaches and drive proactive coaching practices that promote persistence, engagement, and degree completion.
Leading with a passion for student success, you will use data to shape strategy and collaborate with campus partners to align services and technology platforms.
