Job description
Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director, Solutions Data Centers to design and articulate integrated facilities management solutions for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI/HPC data center portfolios. This client-facing role builds staffing plans, operating models, and commercial constructs.
You will lead engineering solutioning, develop labor models, and coordinate across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver one integrated proposal.
