Job description
Jacobs is seeking a Leader of Turnover, Startup & Commissioning for its AI Data Center portfolio. You will lead turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning across geographically dispersed teams, establishing strategies and readiness milestones to ensure safe, efficient progression from construction to client turnover.
You will champion system-based execution, leverage digital platforms to track status and metrics, and mentor teams to improve turnover methodologies across projects.
