Job description

Prudential Financial is seeking a Director of Data Strategy & Activation Readiness in Newark, NJ. You will lead the data foundation powering marketing insights, build AI-ready data products, and partner across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Privacy, and Legal to drive measurable value.

You will own the data governance, identity, and activation-ready data, ensuring trust, privacy, and scalable analytics. This is a senior, hybrid role demanding strategic vision and execution across a matrix
