Job description
Felton Institute’s Deaf Community Counseling Services is seeking a Program Director to lead the Adult Division and supervise clinical operations. The role ensures implementation of the coordinated specialty care model, quality assurance, and coordination across sites with travel as needed.
The position requires a licensed clinician with strong supervisory experience, knowledge of Deaf culture, and the ability to engage in outreach and cross-department collaboration.
