Job description
EY in the United States is seeking a Director for EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Finance (M&A) practice to lead buy side and sell side engagements and guide CFO-focused transformation. You will partner with client service teams to shape transaction strategies and drive value across complex multi-sector assignments.
As a leader, you’ll manage pre- and post-deal planning, deliver practical solutions, and leverage AI tools like Copilot to enhance analytics and execution.
