EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Finance practice seeks a Director to manage and execute buy side and sell side projects, focusing on CFO priorities and finance transformation. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, shaping transaction strategies and post-deal integration, with strong commercial and client-facing skills.
The role requires experience in finance functions and deal experience, with a hybrid client-facing arrangement in a fast-growing, international environment.
