Job description
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director in Deal Management in the US to lead and manage operational-focused transactions across diverse sectors. You will develop strategies, work with client service teams, and contribute across pre-deal and post-deal engagements such as integration planning and tracking.
The role requires a strong consulting background, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record in complex integrations, divestitures or carve-outs.
