Job description
Targetbase in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Director of Decision Sciences to drive analytic strategy, oversee data science and reporting, and mentor a team delivering client-ready insights. The role requires deep experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, and measurement, with strong leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in analytics, a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred), and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
