Intellisense Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development in Torrance, CA to own the end-to-end capture process and build a strategic pipeline across DoD and commercial customers.
You will shape requirements ahead of RFPs, develop win themes, and drive proposals to contract award. You will forge high-level relationships with program offices and prime contractors, forecast market opportunities, and travel to engage at shows and customer sites.
