Job description
Kerr Dental seeks a Director, Manufacturing Process Development to lead global process development for dental consumables in FDA/ISO-regulated settings. You will align R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive readiness, risk management, and ownership onsite in Pomona, CA.
You will use DOE and Six Sigma to build scalable platforms, mentor engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and cost improvements while traveling as needed.
