Job description
Figure is seeking a Director, Digital Assets Financial Operations to own the day-to-day financial operations behind Figure’s digital asset business. You will serve as the key liaison between Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, and Product, ensuring accurate, reconciled, and tightly controlled on-chain and off-chain value movements.
You will build scalable processes, define control requirements for new token launches, and partner with Engineering and Product to automate reconciliation
