Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking a Director, Legal Counsel - Digital Assets Initiatives to provide strategic legal support for digital assets platforms including custody and trading. You will advise on regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate agreements, and partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to shape initiatives.
Based in the Washington, DC area, this on-site role requires 4 days in the office, strong experience with banking and securities laws, and an JD with active bar admission.
