Job description
PetSmart is seeking a Director, Site Merchandising to define and lead the enterprise site merchandising strategy across web and mobile, driving growth through customer-centric experiences.
You will partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics and Operations to shape the digital shopping journey and scale omnichannel capabilities, while building a high-performing team. Hybrid work at the Phoenix Home Office is required with occasional remote days.
