Job description
Athleta is seeking a Director of Site Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of a premier digital shopping experience across site and app. You will translate brand, product and commercial priorities into compelling experiences that drive demand, conversion and long-term customer engagement.
This role partners across Product/Merchandising, Marketing and Creative to ensure seasonal launches and promotions align with customer needs and commercial opportunity.
