Pratt & Whitney's Global Digital Technology team in East Hartford, CT, seeks a highly experienced Director, Business Systems & Transformation to lead digital initiatives, align goals, and supervise a team of specialists. This role partners with Strategy & Transformation and ES Operational Excellence, overseeing digitized goals, Planview, and performance dashboards, reporting to the VP, CDO.
