Job description
Morrison Healthcare in Ridgecrest region is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations of a dining account, lead a team of associates, and manage client relations while ensuring high-quality food offerings. You will collaborate with the Chef and management to design menus, supervise P&L and budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs.
Qualified candidates have a BS in Hospitality or Culinary, 3–5 years of foodservice operations, and budget management experience.
