The position will also build and lead the business support team responsible for sustaining the SSOT capability and driving adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong business data management expertise with an understanding of information architecture, data modeling concepts, and enterprise data practices. While not a technical architecture role, the position requires the ability to partner effectively with Architecture, Engineering, Governance, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Establish team responsibilities, service offerings, intake processes, support models, and performance measures.

Recruit, develop, and mentor professionals supporting data standards, business definitions, metadata, and stakeholder enablement.

Business Partnership & Adoption

Serve as the primary business owner for SSOT standards and adoption.

Partners with Technology, Architecture, Data Governance, MDM, Reporting, Analytics, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement business data requirements.

Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption activities.

Ensure SSOT standards are incorporated into strategic initiatives, data feeds, platforms, and business processes.

Data Standards & Canonical Requirements

Define business requirements that support canonical data models and shared data structures.

Provide business leadership on data definitions, entity relationships, hierarchies, metadata, and critical data elements.
