College of DuPage seeks a Director of Early College Programs to provide strategic leadership for Dual Credit, Dual Enrollment, and K-12 partnerships. You will align the office with COD priorities, manage resources, and collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to expand access and improve student outcomes.
The role requires a Master's degree and 5+ years of leadership within higher education, with strong skills in budget, compliance, assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
