Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Director to lead Early Safety Immunology, overseeing model development and safety evaluations across discovery, preclinical and clinical stages. You will guide a team of scientists, align strategies with portfolio goals, and collaborate with CI and Discovery Research to mitigate immune-related risks.
The role requires a Ph.D. in Immunology with about ten years in pharma, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
