Job description

CSL is seeking a Director, BD Early Stage to lead evaluation of early-stage external assets, translating complex scientific narratives into clear, investment-ready recommendations for CSL senior leaders. The role collaborates across R&D, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory to shape portfolio strategy.

You will integrate scientific and market signals, develop investment-ready assessments, and influence governance decisions to prioritize opportunities aligned with CSL’s TA Strategy.
