Job description
Cincinnati State Technical and Community College seeks a Program Director to lead the Technician Earn-and-Learn Concierge Service for the JobsOhio region. You will shape strategy, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality employer support from outreach to milestone tracking.
Responsibilities include implementing program requirements, coordinating with JobsOhio and partners, and supervising two Concierge Advisors plus a staff analyst. Travel across Southwest Ohio is required.
