Job description
Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Director of Product Development - Edibles to lead the Edibles Development team from concept through commercialization. The role owns the development process end-to-end, translating briefs into formulations, building sensory evaluation protocols, vetting ingredients, and owning product specs to ensure high-quality outputs.
A proven food science leader will mentor and grow the GTI team in a fast-moving cannabis/CFOG space.
