Shaw Industries' Commercial Sales Division seeks a Director of New Business Development for the Education segment to drive growth across California, covering Shaw Contract and Patcraft portfolios. This role reports to the Western US Divisional VP and targets K–12 and Higher Education opportunities.
The ideal candidate has deep education sector experience, understands cooperative purchasing and contract-driven buying, and can mentor others while accelerating growth within a matrixed sales
