Job description
SUNY Brockport seeks a Director of the Educational Opportunity Program to lead the EOP with vision and strategic oversight. The role coordinates recruitment, persistence, and completion goals, while managing a ~ $1.5 million budget and a team of counselors, instructors, and staff.
Reporting across divisions, the Director advances EOP integration into the university’s mission, supporting over 300 students annually with high-quality advising, academic interventions, and engagement opportunities.
