Job description
The University of New Mexico is seeking a Director for the Counseling, Assistance and Referral Services (CARS) to begin January 2027. The Director will supervise clinical and administrative staff, provide direct counseling and crisis support, and collaborate with campus partners to promote employee wellbeing and best practices in EAP services.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in behavioral health and NM licensure eligibility, with 5+ years post-licensure experience in counseling and EAP.
