Job description
The California State University seeks a Director of Employee and Labor Relations & Compliance to lead strategic labor relations, policy development, and workplace conduct across the campus. You will administer collective bargaining requirements, oversee investigations, and promote compliant personnel practices in collaboration with university leadership.
You will also coordinate ADA/504 compliance and collaborate with legal counsel to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and lawful employment
