Job description

Center for Family Services in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a Director of Employee Relations to lead investigations and day-to-day case management within Human Resources.

You will advise leaders on employee relations matters, identify trends, and ensure consistent application of agency policies across the organization. The role reports to the VP of HR and supports a wide range of HR programs in a hybrid work setting.
