Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Director, Employee Relations to provide strategic leadership for a 4,000+ store population, partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance and business leaders to address complex employee matters and foster a positive workplace culture.
The role will develop enterprise-wide strategies, lead a team of ER professionals, oversee investigations, implement metrics, and advise on risk mitigation while aligning with legal requirements and company policies. Hybrid in Raleigh, NC.
