Job description
EmblemHealth is seeking a senior product leader to translate and implement the employer segment strategy across LG FI, SG FI, ASO/Self-Insured, Level Funded, and Ancillary products. You will shape the service model, collaborate with sales, and drive market-ready product designs in a regulated health plan environment.
The role requires deep ASO/self-funded experience, insured product knowledge in NY markets, and proven leadership in building high-performing teams with cross-functional partners.
