Define and advance the organization's enterprise data and analytics strategy, including reporting, dashboards, data warehousing, business intelligence, and self-service analytics.

Partner with business leaders to establish meaningful KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting capabilities that enable better decision-making.

Champion strong data governance, quality, stewardship, and consistency across the organization.

Lead technology due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, assessing application environments, data assets, infrastructure, and business processes.

Develop and execute post-acquisition technology integration strategies and roadmaps, including ERP and application consolidation, data migration, master data harmonization, and process standardization.

Identify opportunities to capture synergies, reduce costs, and improve operational performance through successful technology integration.

Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives while evaluating emerging technologies and advanced analytics capabilities.

Manage enterprise technology vendors, software licensing, contracts, service-level agreements, and strategic technology partnerships.

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across enterprise applications, integrations, reporting, and analytics.

Oversee departmental budgets, resource planning, project portfolios, and prioritization of technology initiatives.

Serve as a trusted technology advisor to executive leadership and functional stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Lead cross-functional transformation and change management initiatives while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Ensure enterprise applications and data environments meet applicable security, privacy, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale programs or transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated experience leading major ERP, CRM, BI, and enterprise application implementations, integrations, or transformations.

Proven experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including technology due diligence, application rationalization, data migration, system consolidation, and post-acquisition integration.

Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, industrial, private equity-backed, multi-site, or similarly complex organizations.

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, middleware, APIs, and REST/SOAP web services.

Strong project portfolio management and organizational change management capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives while balancing competing priorities, budgets, timelines, and business requirements.

Strong executive presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

A strategic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technology investments into measurable operational and financial outcomes.
