Job description
Perform Properties seeks a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead leasing, finance, and tenant engagement platforms. You will own governance, roadmap, and continuous improvement, ensuring data-driven decisions across Salesforce, VTS, MRI, Yardi, Cove, and more.
You will report to the CTO and work in-office five days a week, driving AI-enabled automation, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce time-to- productivity and improve asset management, leasing, and finance
