Job description
What you will do: We are looking for a strategic and consultative new business development / NET NEW client acquisition lead to prospect and sell Mindlance’s total talent solutions to targeted clients across US, Canada (and India if applicable). This is a strategic hunter role.
These services include:
Contingent Staffing
SOW Project Resources
Workforce Solutions including Recruit Train Deploy, Global EoR/AoR, IC Compliance & Payments, Direct Sourcing
Diverse Talent Solutions
You will spend 75% of your time cultivating new business. This will entail connecting with and meeting prospects, leveraging the Mindlance brand for total talent solutions.
Upskilling solutions opportunities from emerging talent, mid-career talent and diverse / underrepresented talent.
The role does require travel, which is driven by client meetings, MSP partnership meetings etc.
Attend national and regional events to represent the company.
What you will bring:
Drive to succeed and have a passion for sales, politely persuasive attitude, fact-based selling experience.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and channel partnerships.
Willingness to create a high-volume and quality of client interactions/connects via cold calling, targeted outbound campaigns / emails, zoom / video meetings, in person meetings, events, etc.
Ability to design and articulate a compelling and deliverable proposition for the customer and win/close business.
Ability to partner effectively with MSP strategic partners.
Ability to partner with internal teams such as product/solution development, pre-sales support / sales effectiveness, and others.
Aptitude to pick up the basic concepts in technology and various industry domains; willingness to continually learn.
Experience within the External Workforce / Contingent Labor industry.

Compensation: Base Salary (depends on experience) and a bonus plan.
