Job description
EMPIRE is seeking a Director/VP, Enterprise Client Services for our downtown San Francisco office. The role reports to the EVP, Commercial Growth and drives world‑class client communication and program execution for partners and artists.
Responsibilities include leading programs, developing internal roles, and building strategic relationships with partners. Requires 8+ years in client services, a strong organizational mindset, and the ability to work with music industry stakeholders.
