Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director of Maintenance Operations to provide enterprise-wide leadership across multiple hospitals. You will drive maintenance strategy, oversight of budgets, asset management, and regulatory readiness while ensuring safety and reliability of critical systems.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with clinical and engineering leaders, implement system-wide standards, and orchestrate continuous improvement across the BILH facilities.
