Job description
CFA Institute is seeking a Director of Business Process Improvement to lead the enterprise BPI capability, building the frameworks, methodologies and governance that help identify where processes can improve and design measurable enhancements across the organisation.
You will lead a small team, partnering with business leaders across units, technology, finance and programme management to drive practical, scalable solutions that deliver repeatable improvements and tangible impact.
