Successful execution of critical implementation milestones
Measurable improvements in system integration, reporting transparency, and process efficiency
Experience: 12+ years in IT/enterprise software leadership, with proven success leading ERP or enterprise software programs across multiple business units
ERP Expertise: Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and large‑scale ERP programs; strong understanding of related enterprise solutions (HRIS, financials, project management, supply chain)
Change Leadership: Ability to drive transformation in decentralized, project‑based environments
Innovation: Strong grasp of emerging enterprise technologies and their business application
Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and a track record of engaging executives, functional leaders, and end users
A strategic leader who can align enterprise technology with business strategy
A builder who can establish governance and lead large, complex programs
Responsibilities
Role reporting directly to the CTO
This leader will oversee the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise software solutions
The Senior Director will manage a blended team
This role requires a seasoned leader who can balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, build high‑performing teams, and deliver value through enterprise software
