Job description
The Director, Client Services at THE·TEAM in New York leads the experiential team, overseeing delivery from brief to execution while developing the business. You will mentor one direct report initially and scale the team as the agency grows.
You’ll drive strategic thinking, manage budgets from $100K to $4M+, build client relationships, and collaborate across strategy, creative, influencer, and hospitality to deliver integrated programs.
