Job description
Macy's is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance across our distribution network, mentoring executive and front-line teams. You will oversee mechanical systems, electrical, fire protection, and automation, while managing budgets and driving reliability.
You will partner with facility operations to implement supply chain improvements, optimize energy use, and advance maintenance practices using CMMS. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.
