Capital One seeks a Director, Assistant General Counsel for Fair Lending to guide legal strategy on ECOA, the Fair Housing Act, CRA, HMDA, and 1071 regulatory matters. The role partners with business, Compliance, and the Legal department to align risk management with business objectives.

You will lead advocacy, counsel multiple lines of business, and help shape Capital One’s fair lending programs and related disclosures, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
