Job description
Capital One's Consumer & Small Business Legal Team seeks an experienced Director, Assistant General Counsel for Fair Lending in McLean, VA to guide compliance with ECOA, CRA, HMDA and related laws, and to counsel business units on fair lending initiatives.
The role includes leading regulatory advocacy, coordinating with Compliance and External Affairs, and supporting Capital One’s Community Benefits Plan while balancing risk, strategy, and business objectives.
