Job description
As Site Director at St Paul Catholic Church with KinderCare, you will lead a high-quality early childhood education center in a faith-based setting. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, managing enrollment and family relationships, implementing curriculum, and maintaining regulatory and licensing compliance. You will also oversee budgeting, health and safety standards, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that reflects KinderCare’s mission and values.
