Job description
Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Family and Adult Medicine to lead clinical operations for primary care across multiple sites in Southern Maryland. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care for underserved populations within an FQHC framework.
The Director will participate in executive decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor physicians and residents while maintaining a clinical presence of ~2–3 days per week.
