Job description
The company is seeking a Director of Federal Sales to lead federal government and military sales for public safety products in Washington, DC. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development of new business and key accounts.
You will drive federal sales plans, manage the pipeline, and ensure CRM discipline across the team, while coordinating with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, IT, and partners to deliver solutions for government customers.
