Job description
Fidelity Investments, Covington, KY, seeks a Director, Fiduciary Activities, DC Innovation to anchor fiduciary governance for pooled employer plans. You will lead plan audits, coordinate fiduciary committees, and oversee NDT, payroll validation, and 5500 preparations to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and external auditors to scale governance across Fidelity's PEP offerings while maintaining rigorous fiduciary standards.
